Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by our members. The Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction, establishing policies, and ensuring the credit union remains focused on what matters most, our members’ financial well-being.

Our Supervisory Committee plays a vital oversight role by monitoring the credit union’s operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and safeguarding members’ assets.

Both the Board and the Committee serve without compensation, demonstrating a deep commitment to member service and the credit union philosophy of people helping people.
